Not only did John come and do a survey for me at short notice as I was on a seriously tight time limit but the report was done for me in record time. This company was extremely accommodating, turned up promptly and delivered everything as promised. I am over the moon that I managed to get my purchase through before stamp duty. Thank you. I would highly recommend your services.
John bent over backwards to help me confirm a boundary line that my awful neighbour had built over and onto. Being a female alone it is very unnerving to go through such upset. John was kind, calm, respectful at all times, very knowledgeable and helpful. The police said I would have had to go down the route of private court which would have cost me money I do not have. He is now going to be my chartered surveyor to split my land up to sell part of my property and keep part of it. I honestly do not know what I would have done without his support, because my heart of was the floor. Thank you John and your wonderful service. Highly recommended.
I contacted John to carried out a full survey on a property we are purchasing. He was quick to respond, very polite and helpful. The report we received back was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend JRE Chartered Surveyors.
The best surveyors you could possibly ask for. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and were very informative and helpful. As we used them during the purchase of our first home, they were extra supportive in helping us understand the ins and outs of the report, and what we should be looking out for, as well as giving us advice on how to deal with any issues that were raised in the report.
100% would recommend to anyone moving into the area. They are absolute stars!
